**THE WORK**
- Help teams deliver concepts and designs by way of information architecture, personas, user journeys, wireframes, flows, and prototypes
- Support multiple design projects in a hands-on manner across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to definition to final production
- Manage and partner with a multidisciplinary team to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
- You will need to be prepared to move quickly, iterate often, and be open to new ideas and experimentation
- The culture will be collaborative, fun, open, and human-sized, oriented toward diversity and inclusion
- Create exceptional digital experiences for amazing challenger brands

**NEEDED EXPERTISE**
- Design degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, professional certification preferred but not required.
- 4+ years of experience creating incredible digital experiences in an agency environment, with a focus on UX
- Excellent communication and presentation skills-you’ll be expected to be able to clearly communicate design decisions and keep track of all projects and documentation
- Proficiency with design, prototyping, and presentation tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides
- Strong portfolio that exhibits attention to detail and complex problem-solving
