Interconnections Analyst is an amazing entry point into a career at our fast-growing company

You’ll be our resident expert on solar energy regulations at CFE and how the political environment may impact the solar market. Your day-to-day will be an exciting mix of different activities which consists on:

- Become an expert:

- You’ll become our resident expert at being creative on figuring out the fastest way to work with CFE and electrical market regulations.
- You’ll gain practical and technical knowledge on the systems involved in interconnecting solar installations.
- You’ll ensure other teams throughout the customer journey have clear expectations regarding interconnections requirements.
- Contractor management:

- You’ll own the coordination between clients, installers and local CFE offices.
- We work with third-party installers and you’ll coordinate with them to ensure solar installations comply with CFE norms.
- Continuous improvement ally:

**Your Key Results will be**:

- OKR1. Ensure all interconnections fall within SLA
- KR1.1 Ensure 100% of residential and commercial interconnections are in compliance with 90 days SLA.
- KR 1.2 Ensure Interconnect between 60-80 interconnections per Q.
- KR 1.3 Ensure 100% CFE bill complains are solved within 14 days SLA
