**Responsibilities**:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Developing individual project artifacts as necessary including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD’s), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD’s), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.
- Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
- Providing implementation / post-implementation project support
- Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members
- Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years experience
- must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to prioritise is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
- Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
- Desire to improve processes
- Advanced working knowledge in the Equities IT space and exposure to Cash Prime Brokerage flows.
- Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
- Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
- Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
- Team player and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design
- Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of the SDLC

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Reporting to the CRS Regional Business Office Head, assists in the management and oversight of activities in:

- Financial & Portfolio Management
- Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Re
- Engineering & Process Transformation
- Human Resource Management
- Communication and Relationship Management
- Other Initiatives and Projects (as directed)

To act in an inter-face capacity between CRS Regional, CRS Global, CRS Functional teams, EO&T and other stakeholders in the effective execution of the Corporate Real Estate strategy.

Assist in the management of the daily operations as directed by the Business Office Head and Sub-Region Head.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial & Portfolio Management
- Work with CRS Regional Business Office Head, FP&A Divisional, Country and Regional staff to:

- Develop the regional operating and capital budgets
- Manage routine reporting and forecasting of the regional budgets.
- Maintain portfolio and occupancy projections with accompanying metrics
- Support the Sub-Region Heads in routine and ad hoc financial reviews and reporting
- Manage the review and reporting of all investment and productivity initiatives.

Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Work with CRS Regional Business Office Head to:

- Develop and manage footprint rationalization plans in respective Sub-Regions
- Coordinate Strategic Planning & Analysis activities in respective Sub-Regions

Re
- Engineering & Process Transformation:

- Work with CRS Regional Business Office Head to:

- To oversee the development and implementation of right placement strategies
- To identify, encourage, initiate and monitor all re-engineering activities to improve efficiencies and/or reduce expenses respective Sub-Regions
- To manage and report on the Regions progress against the CRS Key Initiatives and Innovation Goals for respective Sub-Regions

Human Resources Management
- Work with CRS Regional Business Office Head to:

- Oversee the development and implementation of annual goals
- Implement and Manage the CRS global talent and training programs
- Manage resource supply / demand and headcount reporting

Communication and Relationship Management
- Work with CRS Regional Business Office Head to:

- Implement the CRS Global communication strategy for respective Sub-Regions
- Manage day to day relationships with, regional FP and A, regional controllers, regional accounting policy, regional O&T, regional E O&T and business partner business offices
