**Ingeniero de Calidad**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Supervision de personal (Auditores & Tecnicos)
- Analizar el modo de falla de estatores de rechazos del cliente para implementar acciones correctivas
- Crear análisis estadísticos desde estatores en EWO y pilotos hasta documentación PPAP
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las Acciones Correctivas Internas (CARS)
- Crear análisis estadísticos de oportunidades en los proceso para hacer contenciones y acciones correctivas y llenar el formato RCCM para juntas quincenales, Revision de Operaciones & Juntas De Calidad con el corporativo
- Dar soporte en procesos de Ingenieiria, Produccion, EWO's y Pilotos
- Desarrollar proyectos de mejora y Reduccion de Costos
- Actualizar planes De Control é instrucciones de trabajo
- Hacer estudios de Capabilidad de proceso y Pilotos

**Requerimientos**:

- Preferiblemente, licenciatura en ingeniería mecánica, industrial o electrónica.
- Se requiere amplia experiência en un entorno de garantía de calidad.
- Alta competencia en tecnología informática y funcionamiento de sistemas.
- Sólidos conocimientos de las aplicaciones ofimáticas de Microsoft
- Conocimiento profundo de las tendencias y condiciones del mercado industrial
- Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de equipo.
