**Commercial Director**

We are looking for a Commercial Director to join our team, to be responsible for sales and marketing for BDMX (Ixtacuixtla, Tlaxcala, Mexico plant), in line with achieving long and short-term objectives.

**Job Content**

In this position, you will be providing support to VP Sales NA
- Strategic marketing and sales objectives for the Mexican and export markets
- Calculation of the sales budget for a 4-year budget forecast, including sales volume, gross and net sales, and gross standard margins
- Product development objectives and strategies developed in close collaboration with the Sales Director of BekaertDeslee North America (BDNA)
- Define the product portfolio in terms of quality, functionalities, and related services
- Work together with the design department to define the range of thread colors and adjust pruning in SAP
- Periodically evaluate products and related key performance indicators, analyzing and communicating any deviations
- Optimize costing calculations and pricing for the entire product portfolio.
- Handle and review production forecasts in close cooperation with planning based on historical consumption and customer information

**Profile**
- In-depth knowledge of têxtiles in general
- In-depth knowledge of procedures related to sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of languages other than Spanish is a significant advantage
- Good command of English is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills requiring the ability to resolve conflicting interests and obtain cooperation
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
- Self-starter with ability to drive improvement, meet timelines, and objectives
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
