**Production Engineer**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Aseguramiento de Proceso y Maquinaria de Produccion
- Asegurase de que los procesos cumplan con los estándares de Seguridad y Calidad y Productividad establecidos.
- Desarrollo y entendimiento de documentación relacionada con el proceso : gages y diagramas eléctricos, etc.
- Ayudar en la creación de criterios de aceptación y de rechazo, así como aplicar los mismos.
- Ajuste de proceso y parámetros, pintura, Lavadoras y Hornos.
- Soporte a Producción en el funcionamiento del proceso para asegurar las metas.
- Trabajar en un ambiente de Seguridad para evitar accidentes.
- Desarrollo y revisión de mantenimientos preventivos así como listados de refacciones de los equipos.
- Asegurar que todos los Mantenimientos Preventivos se realicen correctamente (disponibilidad durante cierre de planta).
- Establecer frecuencia de cambio de consumibles del área de Monumentos.
- Optimizar recursos, reducción de costos o ahorros relacionados con el proceso.
- Proyectos de Mejora Continua. Six Sigma,
- Conocimientos de Procesos de Pintura, Area de Empaque Final y maquinaria de Ensamble.
- Proyectos de Mejora Continua.

**Requisitos**:

- Carrera de Ingenieria Electronica, Electromecanica o Mecatronica, Industrial
- Experiência en procesos metal
- mecanicos de ensamble y fabricación.
- Conocimiento de maquinaria electromecanica automatica y semi-automatica : Hidraulica, Pneumatica, Control Eléctrico, análisis de fallas, Torno y Fresadora.
- Arranque de líneas de producción, transferencias y nuevos productos.
- Metodologías para solución de problemas.
- Buena actitud (servicio al cliente), orientado a trabajo en equipo, habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Enfocado a la Mejora Continua.
- Manejo de Microsoft office.
- Disponibilidad para rotar turnos (A, B, C, E.)
