What to Expect
- At Tesla, our Operations Advisors (OA) are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy by creating memorable experiences for our customers and assisting with delivery day activities. The OA will support customers from the moment they arrive onsite. Our Advisors are on the front lines and responsible for warmly welcoming our new owners for delivery day, greeting them with a smile and offering hospitality. We have created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and we are looking for positive and reliable team members to help deliver an equally innovative delivery experience for our valued customers.

What You’ll Do
- Execute customer documents on delivery day
- Conduct vehicle orientations
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners on delivery day to ensure satisfaction and a great customer experience
- Be proactive, professional, personal, and passionate
- Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a successful delivery appointment
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
- Maintaining Store Facilities: Supplies Ordering, Work Orders, Vendor Communication
- Maintaining Store Fleet: Coordinating service, Allocation Management
- Maximizing TSS Calendars for Drives and Delivery
- Support Training + New Hire Onboarding, Organizing and/or Executing Validations
- Compiling and running daily + weekly reports to analyze store performance and improve
- Prepare customer documents (loan and DMV documentation) prior to delivery appointment and confirm accuracy
- Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a successful delivery appointment
- Maintaining Brand and EHS standards and cascading feedback or adjustments to local team
- Monitoring and executing Expenses

What You’ll Bring
- Customer service experience required
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities
- Evidence of a strong team mentality and reliability
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to grow into a mastery of all Tesla products and services, and the ability to keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives
- Evidence of enthusiasm and passion about accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy
- Ability to use technology (iOS, Windows, etc)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have or obtain before start of employment appropriate sales license
- Ability to stand for a period of 2+ hours at a time
