Job Responsibilities:

- Record-Keeping Retention administration,
- CTPAT -OEA requirements
- Administration of Software for Customs Purposes,
- Coordination of Import/ Export procedures,
- Documentation and Legal reporting as RAOCE, INEGI, IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule 8th, among others.
- Provide Instructions to Brokers, and VoBo revisions.
- Customs Paperwork preparation codes (F4, F5, R1, V1, A3, V5)
- Update for the catalog of customs codes and follow-up classification of items
- Provide support on Virtual transferences Customs paperwork process.
- Coordinate certificate of origin collection and filing.
- Elaborates daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Customs Compliance electronic file analysis and audit
- And other activities assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:

- International Business, Finance or Administration Degree.
- +3 years of experience in Customs Compliance related field.
- Knowledge of Customs Legislation
- Able to communicate in English (Intermediate level)
- Microsoft Office, Excel Intermediate,
- Communication Skills,
- Problem Solving Skills,
- SAP Software,
- Customs Software such as SAC, CODICE, PRISMA, I-XPORT, and others.
- Knowledge of IMMEX program management,
- Knowledge of IVA IEPS Certifications
