We are seeking an exceptional **Nurse Manager** to oversee nursing operations while also playing a key role in driving business development and fostering strategic relationships. This is a unique position for a highly motivated and skilled professional who is passionate about healthcare and thrives in a dual clinical and business-oriented role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Leadership**
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care in compliance with local healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Provide direct patient care as needed, particularly in high-priority cases.

**Sales and Business Development**
- Develop and implement strategies to grow CanMex Health's client base, including tourists, expats, and local residents.
- Collaborate with hotels, condo associations, travel agencies, and other businesses to establish referral partnerships.
- Promote CanMex Health's services through community events, marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities.

**Relationship Building**
- Act as a CanMex Health ambassador by cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Attend business and community meetings to represent CanMex Health's vision and services.
- Provide educational presentations about CanMex Health's offerings to local organizations and partners.

**Administrative and Operational Oversight**
- Manage nursing schedules, staffing needs, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, supply inventories, and cost-effective resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement service improvements and innovations.

**Professional Expertise**
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, with eligibility to practice in Mexico.
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or management position.
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage both acute and routine patient care.

**Business Development Skills**
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, attract new clients, and develop business relationships.
- Experience in creating and implementing strategic growth plans.
- Proven success in achieving business targets in a healthcare environment.

**Interpersonal and Communication Skills**
- Fluency in **English** is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex healthcare concepts clearly and effectively.

**Leadership and Initiative**
- A proactive leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing ethical, patient-centered care while meeting business objectives.

**Technical and Practical Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach and partnership meetings.
