Resumen:
The International Accounting Manager will manage the Treasury, Intercompany and International Agent functions within accounting team. This position will be integral in the development of each of these functions and is responsible for overseeing the team's core processes including AP, AR, intercompany reconciliations, bank processing, quick checks, credit card payments and various related processes.

Responsabilidades: Treasury: Develop Treasury function and Team Establish best practices for quick check, hot check, credit card, wire requests - build efficiencies and controls with current practices.
- Develop global cashflow forecast. Intercompany: Develop dedicated Intercompany function and team Provide accounting support to AIT's foreign entities and liaise with internal offices to resolve billing disputes Ensure updates to currency tables for overseas offices are handled timely and accurately Ensure foreign bank accounts are properly funded; process cash replenishments as needed Establish best practices for Reconciling/auditing intercompany aging reports
-Liaising with AIT offices to make necessary corrections. Leadership: Complete and conduct performance reviews and team goal setting Review and approve employee timecards
-Establish best practices for monitoring A/R aging and A/R collections - decision imposition of credit holds and restrictions as needed Recruiting: Expand teams where needed, conduct interviews and training of new employees
-Continuous improvement efforts to maintain and improve Core Value Index scores of the Finance team to exceed AIT’s threshold.
- Take leadership role in any potential banking integrations or implementations.
- Lead future banking transaction transitioning (i.e., transitioning HKG banking to Asia finance team).
- Manage the processing of local currency wire transfers and ACH payments, purchasing of foreign currencies for overseas agent wire transfers.

- Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline Required

**Experience Qualifications**
- 5+ years experience in finance and/or accounting field Required
- 2+ years experience in managing team Required
