Logistic Specialist

As an Logistic Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage shipments visibility platforms that brings fast status/solutions to different departments in the company via WhatsApp business.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations. Use data analysis to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and provide actionable insights to improve logistics performance.
- Procure a healthy connection/integration between our carriers into the platform to achieve the KPIs stablished along the year.
- As key contact of the visibility platform in MX, the responsibility of actions, well communication, contracts, Global issues, integrations with WhatsApp business will be needed.
- Support the well usage and implementation of the SCH procedures and formats, annual update of them by generating revisions with all SCH team and know if any process has change or still the same.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and supply chain processes. Identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced performance, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Coordinate, manage, follow up and be accountable of the effective project development as for internal as for external work.
- Management of the Brewery Program as key contact be responsible for the administration of the Brewery Program, acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and various logistics areas. The main role will involve ensuring strict adherence to the customer's specific requirements and maintaining seamless communication across all aspects of the program. Implement necessary changes or adjustments to meet their expectations. Continuously monitor the performance of logistics operations within the Brewery Program. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure that service levels are met or exceeded.

You are a good fit for the role if you:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business management, Commerce, Logistics or related field.
- Have a least 2 years of experience in logistics
- Are intermediate proficiente in English
- Are intermediate proficiente in Microsoft Excel
- Have experience with customer services
- Have experience with cost analysys
- Avalabylity to work Monday through Friday in a hybrid work model.
