**Opportunity**
**BASIC FUNCTION**
The KEC Manager is responsible for the KEC management, achieve the sales goals and operate all the store.
**Scope - Hard Skills**
Act as Kohler Co. executive for KEC regarding the execution of the yearly Account Plan to reach to the business goals P&L knowledge - At least 1 year experience.
Understand business costs through the life cycle of products Act as owner to increase business with events, maintaining store with all product in a right way
**Leading Skills**
Has achieve a level of contribution that includes a mastery of at least 2 skills relating to product knowledge or leadership Inspires trust and ethical behavior by creating atmosphere of integrity. Challenges behaviors that violate principles of ethics and integrity.

**Skills/Requirements**
**Education**
Bachelor Degree
MBA preferred
+6 years prior experience in luxury segment
Previous supervisory experience required.
