**Job Title**:
**Remote Social Media Manager **(100% Work From Home)**

**Location**:Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: $1,500 - $2000 /mo USD (with bonuses and commissions)

**Schedule**:Monday through Friday, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

**Job Overview**:
Join their vibrant team as a leader for their social media department They are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead their team of social media experts, with a specialized focus on organic growth, team management, and innovative strategy creation. In this role, you will lead, delegate, and ensure quality across all department activities and develop organic strategies to maximize their impact on social media platforms, focusing on TikTok and Reels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and Execute Comprehensive Social Media Strategies: Lead the development and execution of strategic social media plans across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and emerging channels.
- Create Compelling Video Strategy: Develop an engaging video strategy tailored to each platform's unique audience and format requirements, with a focus on Reels, TikToks, and other emerging video formats.
- Specialist in Organic Growth: Implement strategies to grow our social media presence organically, leveraging SEO techniques and content optimization.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly in video content creation and strategy.
- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of social media specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Analyze and Optimize: Analyze performance metrics across platforms and use insights to optimize content and strategy for maximum impact.
- Team Management and Delegation: Effectively manage and delegate tasks within the social media team to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Proven track record of success in managing social media accounts across various platforms, focusing on video content and strategy.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics, particularly in video content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Passion for staying ahead of the curve in social media trends and technologies.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
- Must be located in Latin America.
