Automation Engineer

**Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronic, electrical engineering, or a related field.**
**Experiência**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing automated manufacturing systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop automated manufacturing systems, including robotic systems, assembly lines, and testing systems.
- Develop and implement control systems to monitor and manage production processes.
- Optimize production processes by identifying and resolving issues related to equipment, processes, and materials.
- Develop, implement and sustain Standard Work Guidelines and Visual Management tools to maintain process control, quality and safety.
- Conduct testing and validation of automated systems
- Train manufacturing teams on operating and maintaining automated systems.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and quality enhancements through automation.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade existing production lines.
**Requirements**:
- Comprehensive knowledge of robotics, automation, and control systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, Allen Bradley, OMRON, SIEMENS and SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power Apps tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
