**Supervisor de Producción**
**Responsabilidades**:
- Planificar y gestionar el proceso de producción (equipos y personal) durante el turno dentro del área de responsabilidad.
- Garantiza la ejecución a tiempo y completa de los pedidos de producción según los requisitos específicos del cliente y las instrucciones de trabajo de LEONI.
- Controla los logro de la meta diaria durante el turno.
- Apoya activamente las actividades de mejora continua dentro de la planta(por ejemplo, KATA, KAIZEN, etc.)
- Garantiza la gestión del personal dentro del turno para el rendimiento objetivo.
- Se asegura de que los nuevos miembros del equipo estén bien integrados en el equipo y tengan el apoyo y la orientación correctos.
- Asegurar la continua optimización y mejoras de los procesos de producción en el área a cargo.
- Organizar los lugares de trabajo para eliminar los desperdicios en piso, usando la metodología de las 5’S.
- Asegurar el manejo correcto de los materiales y componentes, optimizar el almacenado de material.
- Asegurar el manejo y administración de empleados de gente durante el turno.
- Asegurar el proceso de embarque para el área asignada.
- Participar en las juntas de los equipos y del segmento.
**Escolaridad Requerida**:
- Ingenieria, Administración o Afín.
- Experiência en puesto similar 2-3 años.
**Habilidades Requeridas**
- Conocimiento del proceso de producción, del flujo de materiales y del producto
- Cooperatividad y habilidad para trabajar en equipo, comunicar y para lidiar con conflictos
