**Objective of job**.
- Ensuring a cooperative, goal-oriented customer relationship to ensure the DRX development goals
- Central interface ZKM/EC/project/customer on component issues
**Principle activities**
- Acting as an internal and external contact within your own area of expertise
- Participation in internal and external working groups
- Coordination and reporting of the implementation of MKO measures/preferential parts for projects in agreement with the EC/DC
- Recommendations for standardization/harmonization and best practice for ES components
- Coordination of technical parts master as frontloading
- Central customer interface for component releases and changes
- Participation in component meetings between customer/Tier 1/Tier 2
- Support in defining and optimizing internal standards and processes within their own area of expertise
- Identifying trends in the field. Developing concepts and deriving them
- Proposals and recommendations for regarding internal procedures
- Obtaining, providing and viewing customer specifications, drawings and component information from the customer portals, starting with the concept phase
- Presentation of the concepts worked out by the special field to the customer as well as presentation of the customer requests in the special field.
- Maintaining customer relationships on site. Building a communication network
- Selecting customer needs (e.g. customer inquiries/complaints, change management) in consideration of ES components and initiating necessary follow-up activities
- Coordination of risk assessment for components
- Coordination and participation in validations and processing tests internally and externally
- Checking the technical feasibility and scheduling of alternative components in cooperation with the required departments
- Participation in clarifying technical customer requirements and ensuring implementation since the acquisition phase.

Job requirements**

Mechatronic,Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar

Experience in automotive sector processes (Design, Engineering, Quality or related).

Experience in designing electrical harnesses, electrical/electronic/mechanical components or related

Experience in CAD, CAE

Database management
