**What you’ll do**:

- Eaton’s Bussmann division is currently seeking a Design Engineer to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez facility.
- The Design Engineering Drafter is responsible for.- Use and practice standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to complete new product development such as (but not limited) FMEA, GD&T, stacks ups, SPC, APQP, DOE, problem solving, etc.
- Works under Company’s operational standards and priorities for safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory
- Assisting with assembly 3D of sample prototype builds.
- Keeps project timing commitment per engineer requirement on converting/getting 3D files.
- Works with manufacturing to develop 3D files as need.
- Use hand tools, inspection and layout equipment including Calipers and Micrometers
- Collects data, completes engineering formats.

**Qualifications**:

- Required Qualifications:
- Engineering bachelor’s degree complete.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in drafting in an engineering environment
- Knowledge on print review.
- Knowledge: MS-Office, CAD (SolidWorks o similar)
- Create, modify and update engineering drawings.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP
