SALES AID

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

ASSISTANT

Proactive collection
- Awareness of invoice overdues
- Customer reminders

Document management
- Shipping Instructions
- Copy Docs confirmations
- Amendments & troubleshooting

Office Support
- Payments and supplies.

Follow up on placed orders
- Speed (aid) the process so we can move forward with placed orders.

Shipments tracking
- Collection from customs reminder
- Contact with customer´s customs agent

MKT:

- Follow up
- Accommodation

Awareness of existing credit lines and follow up on the process on new ones.

Troubleshooting
- Customer Orders
- Account Status
- Relevant issues

Statistics
- Keep record of sales
- Provide data and guidelines to sales team.

Import process aid
- Look for local customs/freight alternatives
- Troube shooting (communication with Brasil and Vienna)

Sample room admin
- Inventory
- Send / Receive samples

Claim (Management & Follow up)
- Serve as a link between the mill and the customer.
- We need to better manage this process.

Skills / Expertise
- Related work experience
- English required
- Import process knowledge / experience (México)
- Communication skills (either with employees, owners, management)

Salario: $23,000.00 - $27,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
