As a Sr HR Administrator, you will establish and monitor employee service plans and programs to achieve organizational objectives that allow generating a high-quality service package for employees, including supplier monitoring programs.
**JOB DUTIES**:
Dining room coordination
- Coordination of transportation services
- Development and monitoring of sports activities
- Dining room billing, special dining room services
- Transportation billing
- Sports billing
- Communications service billing
- Purchase orders
- Monitoring and feedback to suppliers
- Administration of the dining room committee
- Service audits
- Overtime management
- Personnel services communications management
**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience related
- Bilingual English/Spanish Microsoft Office knowledge
**WE VALUE:
- Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
- Some administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
- Strong project management skills. Exposure to difficult or complex projects a plus
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to navigate HR Services to provide customer resolution Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner
