Software Architect: Java

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Owning the Architecture roadmap (end to end solution) of the product features.
Working with Product Owner breaking down business requirements into technical user stories and sequence them for development team
Define and Publish Patterns, Standards, Context Diagrams (C)
Driving “Non-Functional” requirements such as performance, security, scaling, trade-off and design decisions
Overseeing technical aspects of implementation and ensuring end to end product (technical) cohesion/quality is maintained
Perform Client-facing for new requirement discussions, demos, weekly calls.
Communicate well, build trust and resolve conflicts
Coach the team on upskilling based on product roadmap
Collaborate across projects/programs to implment technical best practies
Proactively understand the Product family and establishes deep understanding of all business processes
