**OBJECTIVE**:

- Inspect and supervise the client's requirements in the construction of high voltage electrical energy infrastructure made by contractors..

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organize and coordinate periodic meetings with CFE, CENACE and the Contractor, for the execution of the Project.
- Collaborate with CFE's external supervisor to ensure the resolution of non-conformities.
- Coordination with CFE and CENACE in the energization and start-up tests.
- Coordinate the activities of the HSE Supervisor in compliance with construction safety rules for the Project.
- Coordination of the construction supervision team for the correct performance of its activities, adequate reports and resolution of non-conformities and pending issues.
- Organize and coordinate Project supervision activities for different areas, and supervise the construction of the Project.
- Ensure the quality of Contractor activities.
- Organize and coordinate the verification of tests on site and/or in the factory together with the specialist supervisor.
- Consolidate project documentation and construction log.
- Review and verify the documentation required to transfer the Project to CFE.
- Analyze the actual progress of the project vs. estimated program, identifying critical paths and proposals for recovery programs.
- Analyze billing milestones disbursed vs. planned calendar, identifying amounts expected for the coming months and deviations.
- Consolidate and document scope change requests and their integration into the program/budget.
Participate in periodic project meetings, consolidate specialty reports and Contractor reports for the preparation of periodic reports.**OBJETIVO**:

- Supervisar y dar seguimiento a los requerimientos del cliente en la construcción de la infraestructura de energía eléctrica en alta tensión realizada por contratistas.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Organizar y coordinar las reuniones periódicas con CFE y CENACE, así como con el Contratista, para la ejecución del Proyecto.
- Colaborar con el supervisor externo de CFE para garantizar la resolución de no conformidades.
- Coordinación con CFE y CENACE en las pruebas de Energización y Puesta En Marcha.
- Coordinar las actividades del Supervisor de HSE en el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad en obras para el Proyecto.
- Coordinación del equipo de supervisión de obra para el correcto desempeño de la misma, reportes adecuados y resolución de no conformidades y pendientes.
- Organizar y coordinar las actividades de supervisión del Proyecto para las diferentes especialidades, así como realizar la supervisión de la obra civil del Proyecto
- Aseguramiento de la calidad de las actividades realizadas por el Contratista.
- Organizar y coordinar el atestiguamiento de pruebas en la obra y/o en fábrica junto con el supervisor especialista.
- Consolidación de la documentación del proyecto, así como de la bitácora de obra.
- Revisión y verificación de documentación requerida para la transferencia del Proyecto a CFE.
- Analizar el avance real del proyecto vs programa estimado, identificando caminos críticos y propuestas de programas de recuperación.
- Analizar los hitos de facturación erogados vs calendario previsto, identificando montos a ser erogados en los próximos meses y desviaciones.
- Consolidar y documentar las solicitudes de cambio de alcance y su integración en el programa/presupuesto.
- Participar en reuniones periódicas de proyecto así como consolidar los reportes de especialidad, así como los reportes del Contratista para la elaboración de reportes periódicos.

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Completed Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in areas of electrical, electromechanical, energy, industrial or similar engineering..
- 8-10 years of verifiable experience in high voltage and electrical distribution networks..
- Experience in construction and startup of electrical and high voltage substations.
- Experience in the inspection and supervision of the development of infrastructure and installations of electrical networks for high voltage in Mexico.
- English at an advanced level, you will have communication with clients from the United States, there will be an interview in this language.
- Advanced MS Office (Power Point, Word and Excel), DataBases, AutoCAD and advanced Microsoft Project.
- Availability to travel to Mexico City and abroad, without impediments to process passport and visa in case you do not have them.
- Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
