**Resumen del trabajo**:
Es responsable, junto con su grupo de trabajo, de la Estrategia de Calidad con los proveedores, el Manejo de los Costos de Calidad relacionados con ellos (preventivo, inspección, fallas internas y externas), y la Evaluación, Retroalimentación y Compilación de Datos desde el punto de vista de Calidad en su Commodity.
**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:
- Planea, organiza, dirige y conduce actividades relacionadas con la administración de la calidad de los proveedores dentro de sus áreas asignadas o “Commodities”, teniendo como tarea principal el enfoque preventivo y la validación de los proveedores y sus tecnologías.
- A través del diseño e implementación de procesos, métodos, sistemas y herramientas, logra el suministro de materiales/productos en los adecuados níveles de calidad, costo y escalabilidad.
- Responsable de la organización de auditorías a los proveedores para asegurar su capacidad de cumplimiento en ejecución, entrega y confiabilidad, en sincronía con los grupos de Desarrollo, Abasto, Logística y Manufactura.
- Ejecuta proyectos y realiza investigaciones sobre las tecnologías relacionadas con los “Commodities” asignados, y consolida los datos para ser utilizados en la estrategia global de abastecimiento y de administración de la calidad de los proveedores.
- Responsable del seguimiento del desempeño y de las actividades de mejora de los proveedores acordadas durante alguna auditoría, visita o análisis de fallas, mostrando reportes de riesgos de calidad, oportunidades y de rechazos de calidad si es detectado algún punto crítico.
- Auditorías basadas en diversos estándares, entre ellos VDA 6.3.
- Responsable del seguimiento a los componentes de sus “Commodities” durante su vida útil, manejando sus cambios (PCN’s) y/o descontinuación (PTN’s).
- Responsable de las tecnologías de circuitos impresos, componentes pasivos y semiconductores.
- Colabora con diversos departamentos en OSRAM como lo son diseño, calidad, manufactura, compras, para obtener los mejores níveles de cumplimiento en los métricos definidos a los proveedores.
- Facilita la comunicación y clarificación de requerimientos técnicos entre los proveedores y los diversos departamentos de la organización
**Experiência (experiência mínima requerida)**:
- 3 + años de experiência o background como Ingeniero de Producto/Diseño/Validación/Ingeniero de calidad proveedores/SQE. Dentro de la industria ELECTRÓNICA.
- Conocimiento de estándares de producto y de estándares de Calidad (ISO, Auditor VDA 6.3,
- Experiência en manejo de proveedores en diferentes modelos de negocio (ODM, EMS, etc.),
- Conocimiento de componentes electrónicos de potencia, magnéticos y mecánicos, Operación de equipos electrónicos y mecánicos de prueba, diagramas de esquemáticos electrónicos.
- Análisis de fallas deseable.
