WHAT DOES A MAINTENANCE HEAD DO?- Plan, organize and direct preventive and corrective maintenance processes; as well as Infrastructure Projects guaranteeing operational efficiency, for the achievement of objectives and business continuity.ABOUT YOU- You must be a person with a degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related, you also master the English language.**Responsibilities**:
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance programs of equipment and infrastructure, as well as furnaces and boilers.
- Ensure the operation of the boilers and the treatment of stillage.
- Ensure the supply of hard and demineralized water for production processes.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts and materials.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines: BOS, ISO-9000, ISO-14000, ISO-18000, HACCP, etc.
- Supervise and monitor the filling and review of energy consumption logs, irrigation of stillage, boilers, etc.
- Perform budget control assigned for the maintenance and energy area.
- Monitor, execute, and review projects.
- Supervise work of contractors.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines: STPS, SEMARNAT, SEMADES, PROFEPA, CONAGUA, etc. in conjunction with EHS.
- Follow up and attend to work orders requested by internal clients.
- Optimize the control of machines and equipment, as well as their operation.
- Modify existing systems to give life to new ideas that develop equipment efficiency.
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- 3 years of experience in Management of the maintenance process of the production process, machinery, equipment, and support services.
- SAP
- Quality management systems.
- Budget Administration.
- Scheduling management (evaluation, scheduling, control, analysis, balance, and resource management)
- PERSONAL QUALITIES- Team Worker, Effective Communicator.
- Efficient adaptation to change, with great innovation and result-oriented.
- You must be a person capable of planning and have an excellent organization.
- Being able to develop staff, resolve conflicts, negotiate, analyze problems, and make decisions.
