Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into functional IT specifications.
- Execute content management for the eCommerce platform, ensuring product data, descriptions, and multimedia are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Regularly audit the website to ensure content, layout, and accessibility standards are met, improving user experience.
- Facilitate platform enhancements, including testing and user acceptance, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of project updates, timelines, and any risks or challenges that may arise.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field) or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced English skills
- Technical experience (oracle CX preferred, HTML/CSS), business analysis and project management (PMP or Scrum certs are a plus), content management
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to review, consolidate and communicate with all levels within IS/IT and the user community.
- Experience working with platform integrations including CRM, ERP, PIM, DAM, etc.
- Project management skills. PMP or Scrum certification welcome.
- Strong data analytical skills. (Advanced Excel, SQL)
- Problem solving & delivering results.
- Ability to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locations.
