**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries complaints and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize omnichannel tools and technologies to manage customer interactions seamlessly.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations by providing feedback and suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with customers and colleagues.
