Job Summary

Job summary:

- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _
- Import/Export Analyst_
- located in _
- Aguascalientes_
- Coordinate the exports for the new projects in Flex Aguascalientes. Interact with transport lines, scheduling the pickups, ensuring to comply with the new transport requirements within México. Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure that the export pedimentos are processed correctly, on a timely manner, and with no capture errors. Provide the information requested by customer, and request whatever documents necessary to make a smooth export flow process._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Schedule pickup with the transport lines, according with customer’s routing export guide, and according to the customer service representative request_
- _ Follow up transport arrival, complying with OEA & C-TPAT certifications_
- _ Ensure the shipping area loads the product into the designated transport, correctly and on time_
- _ Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies_
- _ Provides support for clients and business along with product knowledge as required_

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Experience as an Import / Export Analyst_
- _ Knowledge in documental requirements for import / export_
- _ Experience in related areas, such as purchasing, supply chain, planning_
- _ Knowledge in export controls_
- _ Leadership, ability to communicate with the internal team and take on the assigned challenges_
- _ Advance English level_
