Our** Group **is looking for a **Purchasing Support Analyst** for its **HHQ Site **at **Puebla.**

The Purchasing Support Analyst is the function supporting Production and Non-Production Buyers in NAO, helping on the administrative activities in Purchasing all Divisions and the process improvement, standardized tasks and KPI reporting for Purchasing Department.

MDM Bank account updates: account set up, update / change request_
- _ Master Data Management - MDM request, reporting and data improvement_
- _ Price list renewal_
- _ Creation of orders in FCS_
- _ Blocked invoices - NRFT_
- _ Price modifications in FCS, mandated price monitoring_
- _ Ariba implementation support_
- _ User expertise in the IT tools and processes (FCS, SBI, EDI, MDM, GPS, ePPAP, IPPro, EVA, e-Invoice, SIVS)_
- _ Process Improvement & Tools development support_

**Experience**:
Minimum 1-2 years experience as PP Buyer in an industrial environment, accounts payables or related.

**Skills and competencies**:

- _ Interest & relevant past experience in production purchasing domain, financial or IT Process domain_
- _ Knowledge of Project Management methodology_
- _ Time Management skills_
- _ Responsiveness and problem resolutions skills_
- _ Results oriented_
- _ Ability to work in a matrix organization and with IT tools (SAP experience important, excel)_
- _ Strong written and oral communications skills_
- _ English language mandatory_
