**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordinacion en la introduccion de nuevos productos desde etapas tempranas y corridas de muestras como prototipos,engineering builds, prepilotos y pilotos.
- Seguimiento al desarrollo del nuevo producto.
- Seguimiento al SOP/Ramp up de los nuevos proyectos.
- Transferencia de productos - interplantas.
- Administrar / Coordinar e Implementar cambios de Ingeneria (ECO).
- Administrar / Coordinar e Implementar cambios de Ingeneria (TCA).
- Establecer plan de implementacion de los nuevos productos.
- Elaboracion de reportes de corridas de muestras (Engineering build, pre-piloto, piloto).
- Brindar soporte para coordinar proyectos de desarrollo avanzado provenientes del corporativo (no local).
- Construccion de prototipos a traves de un SMOR (Sample Manufacturing Order Request) o PSRF (Product Sample Request Form).
- Soporte general a las areas de manufactura avanzada/procesos para realziar analisis make vs buy.
- Administracion/actualizacion de procedimientos o documentos del departamento de NPI.
- Apoya a los ingenieros de NPI con menor antiguedad para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estandares, asesoramiento y tutoria.

Calificaciones:

- Carrera profesional terminada: Ingeniero Industrial, manufactuta o carrera a fin.
- 3 años de experiência en introduccion de nuevos productos
- Ingles (Intermedio/Avanzado).

Conocimientos en: Interpretacion de planos, DFMEA, PFMEA, planes control, diagrama de flujo, Layouts, intrucciones de trabajo, analisis de capacidad, BOM, Solidworks, JD Edwards, Micosoft Office y conocimientos de los lineamientos de APQP, SPC, desarrollo y planeacion de proyectos.
