Objetive

Ensure the correct acquisition of purchase parts according with the Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality requirements of every project under the standards and specifications by Donaldson and their customers, keeping delivery time, quantity, and quality of each component.

Main Responsabilities
- Ensure the correct delivery of each component
- Weekly production plan report
- Correct shipping and arrival of critical Components to the subcontractor site
- Control the invoicing process to register on the sales
- Cross reference amounts physical inventory vs. inventory system on each subcontractor site
- Place the PO with the supplier on time
- Confirmation of delivery date
- Track purchase orders, receive and shipment to the manufacturing site
- Generating and updating the plan weekly production report
- Monitor the arrival of the Critical components on each manufacturing site
- Send in time the commercial documents to import/export
- Create the sales Order, Jobs
- Arrival and Departure of the Inventory Part Numbers
- Commercial invoice creation
- Ensure the payment of the subcontractor
- Inventory audit to the subcontractors
- Monthly report

Experience
- Industria Automotriz / manufacturera.

Knowledges
- Inventory & ITO
- Excess & Obsolete
- On time Delivery
- Lean Manufacturing
- MRP experience
- MS office tool required (Intermediate)
- Experience in statistical reporting, projections and understanding of financial and operational impacts
- Advanced English level
