**Damper Shift Leader F / M / D Responsable de Turno**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervises the activity of production operators
- Supervise and lead a team during the designated shift.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members as needed.
- Coordinate the activities of the team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload.
- Ensure that all operational processes are carried out efficiently.
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to optimize overall business operations.
- Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor work progress and address any issues that may arise during the shift.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of work produced during the shift.
- Conduct quality checks and address any deviations or issues promptly.
- Implement corrective actions to improve quality performance.
- Foster a customer-focused environment.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns during the shift.
- Ensure that the team provides excellent service and meets customer expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and training for team members.
- Address and report any safety concerns promptly.
- Interacts with departmental managers to coordinate production requirements and staff scheduling
- Assists lead setups with quality issues and schedules changes as required
- Expedites materials from receiving to production and finished goods to shipment in order to minimize production delays
- Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment
- Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while fostering a proactive work culture

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Willingness and ability to work shifts
- Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role or relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
