**MISSION**

- Pago de servicios, Impuestos, Seguridad Social, nóminas y gastos de viaje
- Pagos y análisis Intercompañias (Netting)
- Reporte de discrepancias (Datos Bancarios, Cuenta de Diferente Moneda)
- Análisis y Fondeo de cuentas bancarias
- Actualizar el archivo "BANCOS" xls
- Elaboración de Cash Forecast Mensual y monitoreo del mismo.
- Elaboración de Debt reporting semanal
- Envíos de detalle de pagos proveedores y recabar complementos de pago
- Pago de anticipo de gastos de viaje
- Conciliaciones Bancarias Mensuales
- Registro de Cash Pooling (Current account)
- Registro Netting
- Validación de Netting en la herramienta corporativa
- Gestionar riesgos de tipo de cambio y riesgos de liquidez
- Seguimiento de las políticas internas de Cash management (Golden Rules)

**Responsabilidad 1: El puesto tiene autoridad de parar los procesos y máquinas si existe alguna actividad que ponga en riesgo la integridad física de un colaborador y riesgo de producir o embarcar producto no conforme. Así mismo tiene la responsabilidad de asegurar la conformidad del producto según los requerimientos del cliente. Tiene la autoridad de detener el proceso en caso de detectar derrames de fluidos y emisiones anormales que puedan ocasionar algún daño al medio ambiente, deberá ser notificado de inmediato para su corrección. Disponer de manera adecuada los diferentes tipos de residuos que se generen en su área de trabajo.**
