El analista principal de Negocios de TI es un puesto de nível sénior responsable de establecer una conexión entre los usuarios comerciales y expertos en tecnología para intercambiar información de manera concisa, lógica y comprensible junto con el equipo de Tecnología. El objetivo general de este puesto es contribuir a la exploración e investigación iterativa continua del rendimiento de negocio y otras medidas para obtener una mejor perspectiva e impulsar la planificación del negocio.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar aportes durante las fases de desarrollo e implementación, incluido la formulación y definición del alcance de sistemas, objetivos y mejoras necesarias de sistemas para proyectos complejos y de alto impacto.
- Identificar y comunicar los riesgos e impactos, y proponer opciones para mitigar riesgos, teniendo en cuenta las consecuencias comerciales de la aplicación tecnológica en el ambiente de negocio actual.
- Consultar con clientes de negocio para determinar las especificaciones funcionales del sistema y asociarse con múltiples equipos de gestión y otras unidades para cumplir con los objetivos de la organización.
- Evaluar nuevos desarrollos de TI y el avance de los requisitos comerciales, y recomendar alternativas adecuadas para sistemas o mejoras de los sistemas actuales mediante el análisis de los procesos y sistemas de negocio, y las normas de la industria.
- Proporcionar un análisis profundo y sofisticado con un enfoque interpretativo para definir problemas, desarrollar soluciones innovadoras e influir en decisiones funcionales estratégicas.
- Supervisar problemas diarios relacionados con la gestión de personal, incluida la gestión de recursos, asignación de trabajo, capacitación/formación y otras obligaciones y funciones, según se le haya asignado.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 6 y 10 años de experiência.
- Dominio de MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) con experiência amplia en el uso de Excel para el análisis de datos
- Experiência en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software
- Conocimiento integral de los principios del análisis de negocio

**Educación**:

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
- Preferencia de maestría.

The Finance Planning and Analysis Subject Matter Expert is accountable for supporting the Enterprise Technology Senior Management and the Chief Financial Officer, in the implementation of complex/critical/large systems. Requires a comprehensive understanding Finance Planning and Analysis systems to manage Budget Planning, Forecasting, Scenarios, etc.

Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses, requiring excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with IT functional/departmental executives and business leaders to create the business plan for the Human resources technical solutions
- Ensures business unit is meeting or exceeding components of service level agreements. Resolves complex and varied issues with substantial potential impact.
- Uses in depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
- Applies in depth understanding of how own sub function integrates within technology and has commercial awareness.
- Has partial management responsibilities for team (includes people, budget and planning).
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations; uses multiple sources of information.
- Impacts the area through responsibility for planning, finances/budget, end results, setting policies and contribution to strategic decisions.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Bank’s, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in technology planning with commensurate experience in Human Resources systems.
