Responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly royalties’ calculations, reporting and reconciliations of 3rd party royalty payments to vendors and alliance partners along with the journal entries necessary to account for the transactions.
- Participate in month-end close by performing a variety of accounting tasks, including posting journal entries and account reconciliations. Specific tasks would include but not be limited to:

- issuance of purchase orders
- receipt of vendor invoices
- flux analysis and other financial reporting activities
- Coordinate with vendor and alliance partners to ensure issues are resolved timely. Also requires collaboration with the relevant parties during contract negotiations.
- Requires necessary skills to interpret both customer contracts and 3rd party vendor agreements to verify accuracy of new and renewal terms of an underlying contract. The position will also include determining appropriate accounting treatment of the contract and presenting it to management for approval.
- Develop and empower a highly effective global dotted-line team of professionals responsible for building, maintaining, and improving accounting reporting.
- Develop tools, guidelines, and training materials consistent with corporate policies and best practices for new accounting policies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and partner to achieve desired outcomes.
- Responsible for analysis of and adherence to system of internal control.
- Identify accounting process that would benefit from improved automation.
- Other Corporate projects as needed.
