QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in computer technology or business administration
- One (1) year experience in Clinical Software, Database or Learning Management system administration
- Experience with a Human Resources Information System
- Proficiency with Webpage design and development
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Province of Manitoba Class 5 Drivers Licence, or equivalent from province of residence, and access to a personal vehicle to provide service within Prairie Mountain Health
- Accurate Keyboarding skills, with minimum 50 wpm
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining effective interpersonal working relationships required
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills required
- Demonstrated sound organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills

Under the direction of the Regional Manager Clinical Education the eLearning Administration Assistant, in collaboration with the eLearning Courseware Developer, is responsible for Prairie Mountain Health Learning Management System (LMS) Administration. The eLearning Administration Assistant communicates and works collaboratively with internal and external partners to assist with reporting of staff education and LMS training and support. The eLearning Administrative Assistant functions in a confidential capacity in matters relating to labour relations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- LMS Related Responsibilities:

- Course/Session administration.
- User account administration.
- Webpage design.
- Course catalogue maintenance.
- Facilitate and perform course exports for QHR Import.
- Trains/supports course instructors and session administrators as required to provide/manage registrations and closure of sessions.
- Software administrator for Survey Monkey.
- Update Clinical Education and eLearning SharePoint pages as required.
- Provides responsive and effective LMS Help Desk support.
- Resource and support for eLearning related tasks to Clinical Education team.
- Communicates with eLearning team as required re: LMS technical issues.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
