- **Conocimiento en algún ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc) **Deseable**:

- **Paquetería Office: Excel (manejo de base de datos)**:

- **Inglés (intermedio)**:

- **Trabajo en equipo**

**Actividades**:

- **Atención a las consultas de los clientes.**:

- **Registrar, organizar y delegar las consultas de los clientes en una base de datos centralizada.**:

- **Identificar y coordinar a los expertos en la materia**:

- **Elaborar cartas estandarizadas para los clientes**:

- **Proporcionar métricas sobre las consultas de los clientes**:

- **Organizar y archivar las respuestas**:

- **Identificar oportunidades de mejora de procesos**:

- **Prestar apoyo a diversas funciones de Gestión de Productos y Asuntos Reglamentarios según sea necesario para proyectos reglamentarios.**:

- **Crear y mantener la documentación del proceso**

**Modalidad de trabajo: híbrido en IFF Tlalnepantla (3-4 días en planta)**

**Horario de becario: 08:00 a 15:00 (incluye hora de comida y servicio de comedor gratuito(cuando se va presencial a planta))**

**Monto de la beca: $8,000.00 (incremento de $500 por cada 6 meses de internship)**
