**Job Description**:
**The Maintenance Facility Technician is responsible for light maintenance and general preventative maintenance of the facility both inside and out.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Light electrical (changing an outlet or wall switch)
- Light plumbing
- Painting, caulking, identify pest issues, janitorial work
- Parking lot upkeep
- Maintaining and cleaning public spaces
- Assist with various employee events set up and clean up

**SOFT SKILLS**: Self-disciplined, problem solver, take charge attitude, proactive root cause identification, troubleshoot with team/ problem solve, leadership stability, personality, team oriented, urgency, willing and eager to learn.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and/or Experience**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 90 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
