- Manage NSIT SysTools Operations queue, working with process owners and end users to make sure that they are able to perform their job function.

- Grant and revoke access to accounts and systems managed by the team.
- Work closely with the different process owners to develop and to review the policies, procedures, controls, and other operational documentation for systems managed by the team.
- Ensure that the same are properly enforced and are compliant with Audit requirements.
- Assist Compliance team on SOX Compliance and other Audit tasks and requirements.
Work closely with process owners on Roles & Permissions Audit.
- Work closely with BAs, Developers, and process owners to deliver projects, and work other ad hoc tasks.
- Work closely with NetSuite Administrators on any administrator tasks or requirements.
- Work closely with QAs in investigating product issues and in delivering solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least three (3) years’ IT experience; work with financial systems is preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or another ERP system is preferred.

**NetSuite Certifications (preferred)**:

- NETSUITE SuiteFoundation Exam
- NETSUITE Financial User Exam
- NETSUITE ERP Consultant Exam
- NETSUITE Administrator Exam
