What are we looking for in you?
- Fluency in English: Speak and write English fluently (B2 level or higher).
- Local residence: Reside in Puerto Vallarta or surrounding areas for an office position.
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience: Preferably, 6 months or more in similar positions.
- Technical skills: Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Legal knowledge: A plus, but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

- Administrative support to the lawyer.
- Assistance with legal documentation (non-litigation).
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for lawyers in the United States.
- Drafting, proofreading, and filing or sending legal documents.
- Providing updates to clients.
- Appointment scheduling and lead generation.
