**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities:
Leads and directs all strategic components of new business to drive growth for the agency

Generates new organic growth opportunities on existing clients in partnership with agency leadership

Drives overall quality of the agency's strategic and creative output in partnership with cross-discipline leadership

As part of the agency Executive Leadership Team, creates and fosters the agency's strategic vision and intellectual property to drive growth and develop innovative ideas

Recruits, retains and develops diverse strategic thinkers focused on creating growth opportunities for our clients and the agency while strengthening our overall offering

Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish and are shared
