As a **Bilingual Global Payments Specialist**, you will be responsible to:
To support the AT&T Customer Payment Experience
- Provide end-to-end resolution of customer payment postings or payment/refund inquiry requests which may include working with the customer or certain government agencies
- Allocate payments, investigate, and resolve complex payment inquires utilizing strong analytical skills
- Investigate, resolve, and process refund requests
- Work with certain international 3rd party government agencies, banks, or processes to perform job duties
- Perform quality control audits to ensure that all appropriate methods and procedures/controls are being followed
- Navigate various financial, billing, and associated systems/tools during payment postings or case inquiry handling
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate (lead) project teams with internal and external business partners to implement initiatives or resolve payment related issues
- Create/utilize various reporting to assist with performing job duties, data analysis and special projects
- Work will consist of case work and other activities.
- Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
- Advanced English Level (written and oral)
- Minimum of 6 months Payment Investigation experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, communication, organizational and analytical skills.
