**Company Summary**
**Summary**:
The Sales and Marketing Assistant will support the business with the sales team. The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to the sales process. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales team has the tools and resources they need to be successful.
The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for helping execute campaigns designed to generate sales opportunities through direct outreach and follow-up and proposing and developing ideas to optimize the sales process. To develop suitable marketing material, prepare proposals, and analyze sales and marketing metrics.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Analyzing market trends, sales, marketing metrics, and pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports to include weekly management reports
- Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments
- Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes
- Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and catalogs
- Utilizing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Prepare sales forecast reports and submit them to management.
- Assisting in preparation for meetings with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Weekly touch base with partners and vendors to generate lead referral opportunities.
- Research leads and prospects to identify sales opportunities and report to the manager
- Assist in planning in-person events, organization, management, and execution.
**Skills and qualifications**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within and across the company
- Well-organized and flexible.
- Strong ability to act independently with sound business judgment.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with warehouse, small parcel, and shipping solutions terminology and the shipping process is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- Familiar with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and other tools such as PandaDoc, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator
- Easy to learn new platforms
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing.
- Experience in Marketing / Sales environment.
- Advanced English lever - Business communication.
- Hybrid Job
