Boletia es una plataforma digital para la venta de tickets y realización de eventos híbridos. Actualmente, nos estamos enfocando en migrar hacia un modelo centrado en el asistente a eventos, donde a través de automatización e inteligencia artificial podamos ayudar a nuestros organizadores con herramientas que les inspiren y hagan exitosos, al tiempo que buscamos ofrecer experiências únicas e innovadoras a sus asistentes, más allá de la venta de tickets.
En casi 12 años en el mercado nos hemos consolidado dentro del top 10 de las boleteras más importantes de México: más de 5 mil organizadores de eventos con más de 30 mil eventos vendidos a más de 2.5M de asistentes únicos así lo atestiguan.
**Sobre el perfil**
El lead Backend es una pieza fundamental en el equipo de Producto no solo por la experiência técnica que aporta sino también por su liderazgo ya que estará a cargo de todo el equipo Backend del área. Será el responsable de garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de la capa de Backend de la nuestra plataforma y nuevos productos. Será quien ayude a definir la arquitectura, las buenas prácticas de desarrollo, el nível de calidad técnica de los proyectos y la documentación de cada uno de ellos. Realizará pruebas de concepto sobre tecnologías y buenas prácticas a implementar para los proyectos siendo el referente para el equipo en el mejor uso de dichas tecnologías. Al tener una buena experiência en desarrollo de software podrá resolver funcionalidades técnicas que apoyen al equipo en la liberación de determinado proyecto y que estén previamente establecidas en el backlog. El lead Backend junto con todo el equipo de Producto nos ayudará a llevar a Boletia a ser una compañía tecnológica de gran impacto en la industria y un referente para las empresas tech. Esta posición reporta directamente al CTO y trabaja de la mano con el equipo de DevOps, Frontend y Project Management.
**Perfil**
- Escolaridad: Lic. o Ing. en computación, Sistemas o afín
- Experiência: 3 años como lider de desarrollo backend o arquitecto de software teniendo personal a cargo
- Competencias: Empático, tolerante, orientado a resultados, buen nível de liderazgo, adaptable
**Conocimientos específicos**
- Lenguaje de programación Golang
- Arquitectura: Microservicios, Hexagonal
- DB SQL y NoSQL
- Cloud AWS
- Deseable gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, principios clean (arquitectura y código)
- Metodología SCRUM
**Responsabilidades**
- Definir el planning de cada proyecto
- Documentar los procesos de desarrollo de los proyectos de la organización
- Realizar pruebas de concepto de nuevas tecnologías
- Definir la arquitectura para cada proyecto
- Trabajar con las diferentes áreas para lograr las liberaciones en tiempo acordado
- Apoyar al equipo de desarrollo con la resolución de bloqueos técnicos
- Priorizar las tareas de desarrollo previamente definidas en el backlog
