**Technical Specialist, ERP App Customization**:

**RESUMEN DEL PUESTO**

Desarrollar documentación comercial en SAP para componentes directos y material de embalaje basado en reglas y procesos definidos para garantizar que las piezas se compren y preparen oportunamente de acuerdo con los planes de lanzamiento de vehículos.

Además, garantizar que los precios contratados en la base de datos de Compras Globales de Yazaki (GPDB) se reflejen con precisión en SAP para garantizar que las transacciones comerciales, las decisiones financieras, el cálculo de costos y el pago preciso a los proveedores se basen en un sistema sólido de precios y cotizaciones en YNCA.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES Y AUTORIDADES**
- Atender y promover el seguimiento de las actividades y proyectos relacionados con Purchasing Data Management (PDM) a fin de asegurar su ejecución
- Ser un punto de contacto con Plantas de Manufactura, Gerentes de Programa, Ingenieros de Diseño y personal de Compras en lo referente a desarrollo y registro de nuevos componentes, interactuar para traducir los requerimientos del cliente en componentes específicos utilizados en el producto.
- Asegurar los requerimientos y procesos del negocio en coordinación con los departamentos relacionados. Entender los prerrequisitos y dependencias de los proyectos relacionados con Purchasing Data Management (PDM)
- Asegurar la integridad de datos entre GPDB vs SAP para asegurar transacciones y toma de decisiones exitosas.
- Monitorear los I-Docs (Documentos intermediarios para procesarlos y permitir el recibo de los materiales
- Mantener métricos claves de manera periódica a fin de asegurar que las medidas correctivas y preventivas sean tomadas para asegurar el buen funcionamiento del negocio.
- Coordinar y asegurar la comunicación con la base de proveedores en cuanto a las implementaciones de SAP y transferencias de producto
- Ejecutar las actividades relacionadas con SAP referentes a la administración de datos y manejo de los requerimientos de cambio de proveedores SCR / y cambios de proveedor CPCN/SCN
- Revisar y dar prioridad a nuevas iniciativas a través de la generación de proyectos
- Manejar proyectos y recursos para las iniciativas de mejora relacionados con procesos de olas/ y no olas de implementación de SAP
- Alinear los objetivos de Purchasing Data Management (PDM) con los indicadores claves de la compañía
- Considerar las necesidades clave del negocio en las que PDM ofrece servicio pero que no se encuentren incluidas en el actual diseño y determinar las iniciativas para incluirlas dentro del alcance

**REQUERIMIENTOS**:

- Titulado en áreas como Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carreras afín.
- Conocimiento SAP, APICS, Successfactors, GPDB
- Experiência 1 - 2 años en compras o campos relacionados
- Inglés avanzado
- Alto servicio al cliente y capacidad de seguimiento
