Located in **Name of plant**, you will ensure the correct performance of the material and human resources within the Maintenance area, avoiding production stoppages and scrap generation due to equipment failures. Implement specific plans to attend preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance... always with a view to the continuous improvement of time reduction; as well as verify compliance with the maintenance of buildings and facilities.
- Participate in the development of new projects and supervise that the required product meets all customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Ensure the preservation of the environment in all functions within the Production Plant thus complying with the legal requirements and the Environmental Management System.
- Seek continuous improvement and cost reduction through established methodologies, mainly in the spare parts warehouse and participate in the evaluation of the equipment or service providers.
- Properly and efficiently manage the spare parts warehouse (MRO), maintaining the key and fundamental parts for the machinery and equipment to function efficiently providing for the immediate replacement of some part or several pieces.

- Comply with the HSE Policy.
- Know their environmental aspects and operational control.
- Contribute to sustainable development through environmental protection, mitigation of environmental impacts, and legal compliance.
- Contribute to the control or influence on the way in which the organization designs, manufactures, distributes, consumes and carries out the disposition of the product to prevent environmental impacts.
- Contribute and be aware to minimize the environmental impact generated by your work.
- Report almost accidents or incidents and participate in the analysis and plan of actions to eliminate them, contribute to safety routes, perform risk analysis of their equipment, participate in safety talks and contribute to the separation of hazardous waste and not dangerous.
- Implement the necessary devices to maintain and ensure the safety of technical personnel during the operation of machinery or equipment.
- You are obliged to stop and / or report any operation outside the standard that represents a risk to internal and external customers in terms of quality.
- Contribute to the proper functioning of the machinery and equipment so that the products that are produced reach the customer with the highest quality required, complying with the requirements and specifications of our client, focused on measuring the process for the implementation of TPM and scrap and defective control, internal audits, troubleshooting. Schedule KOI meetings weekly.
- participate in the HSE training program that applies.
