Bilingual Sr Recruiter

Grupo Polesa, a Mexican company with over 50 years in the market, is the leading provider in the manufacturing of transmission and distribution poles and hardware, lighting, telecommunications, signage, and public lighting. As part of our ongoing transformation, we are looking to integrate a Senior Recruiter to our team, who will be based at our office son Av Lazara Cardenas in Zapopan.

**Purpose**:
Our Talent Acquisition team’s mission is to attract top talent by leveraging diverse recruitment channels and creatively developing new attraction strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual, conversational English is a must.Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for engineering and mid-management positions, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
- Experience with Job Boards management (Linkedin recruiter, OCC, Indeed).
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.

**Principales Actividades**:

- Execution of the full recruitment cycle (from job profile creation to onboarding).
- Creation of vacancy reports.
- Ensure coverage of open positions in a timely manner.
- Ensure the successful incorporation of new collaborators to the team.
