Realme busca un profesional con experiência y habilidades para implementar estrategias de formación que contribuyan al crecimiento y éxito de nuestra empresa.
Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Impulsar la ventaSell in y Sell out.
- Realizar estrategias de ventas y atención al cliente para cada segmento.
- Analizar nuevas tendencias para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Brindar soporte y asesoría a los clientes internos-externos sobre productos y servicios tecnológicos
- Seguimiento y cierre de ventas con clientes potenciales
- Brindar capacitación y desarrollo continua los vendedores del distribuidor
- Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de ventas, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora para la gerencia.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de al menos 1 años en puestos similares
- Manejo de paquetería Office
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Atención al cliente, organización y resolución de problemas
- Habilidad de negociación y cierre de ventas
- Alto nível de compromiso y orientación a resultados.
- Experiência deseable en ámbito tecnológico o telefonía
- Disponibilidad de viajar
- Indispensable: Manejo del idioma inglés a nível intermedio - avanzado.
- Nível de educación deseada: Media Superior
Ofrecemos:
