We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Assurance Control Tester**

**Job Summary**:
**Función del área**: el área de Change Delivery Finanzas COO, está enfocada en iniciativas, proyectos para la transformación de procesos, automatización y logro de eficiencias para el día de a día de las tareas de finanzas, aprovechando la robusta capa de datos que tiene FDS (Finance Data Store - Warehouse Financiero)

**Main responsabilities**:

- Propósito 1: Orquestar y construir procesos usando la herramienta Cognos TM1 para soportar procesos Locales como MIR, Baja Ware /procesos varios de reportes regulatorios, reportes en reporting services, Qlilk Sence y otros como Stress Testing, TAX,etc. O para procesos de grupo como MIAP MI Actual Process, FRP Financial Resourcing Planning y otros como GLRS Global Liquidity Reporting System, RWA's, IFRS9, etc.
- Propósito 2: Mantener y monitorear la plataforma da datos financieros, que permite integrar los sistemas transaccionales del banco y asegurar la calidad de la información financiera en un almacén único.
- La posición puede tener gente a su cargo por lo que involucra organizar a un equipo a su cargo para integrar nuevos procesos, así como dirigir los mantenimientos, analizar y aplicar las reglas de negocio en los procesos y modelos de datos.
- Debe aplicar un fuerte análisis de datos, y conocimiento de temas Financieros, datos Financieros de rentabilidad, capital, liquidez, AOP, etc. Para asegurar la entrega de información confiable.
- De ser experto en los temas tecnológicos a su cargo para apoyar a todas las funciones de finanzas.
- Propósito 3: Establecer, implementar y monitorear las políticas y controles para la protección de los activos de información (set de datos) a su cargo.
Requirements
- Más de 2 años de experiência en el manejo de datos y uso de herramientas Business Intelligence Certificación en TM1
- Ingeniero en sistemas o afín. Actuario

**Habilidades**:

- ¿Qué pasó? (Reportes descriptivos)
- ¿Por qué pasó? (Diagnóstico visualización/dahsboards interactivos)
- ¿Qué pasará? Predicciones y tendencias futuras

2. Conocimientos en programación, matemáticas y estadística para recopilar, extraer y procesar información relevante para el negocio.

3. Ingles indispensable.

4. Capacidad y predisposición para aprender nuevos temas de negocio y herramientas de manera ágil

5. Capacidad de organización (tanto a personas a su cargo como de otros equipos).

6. Liderazgo

7. Comunicación eficaz

8. Capacidad de negociación

9. Atención al detalle: interpretación de señales y toma de decisiones a tiempo, y reporte de problemas (escalaciones oportunas).

10. Resolver conflictos

11.Buen manejo de metodologías agiles (Agile)

12. Habilidad de Project Manager deseable.

13. Conocimiento de herramientas como: SQL, Google Cloud, herramientas de visualización.
