**Objetivo del puesto**:
El Analista de Datos y Storyteller será responsable de recopilar, analizar e interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos para ayudar a la empresa a tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en información precisa y relevante. Además, tendrá la responsabilidad de transformar estos datos en historias claras y persuasivas, utilizando técnicas de visualización y narración para presentar los hallazgos de manera efectiva a todos los níveles de la organización.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Análisis de Datos**:

- Recopilar, limpiar y organizar datos de diferentes fuentes (internas y externas) para facilitar el análisis.
- Aplicar técnicas estadísticas y herramientas de análisis para identificar patrones, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y operaciones de los clientes.
- Crear informes y dashboards interactivos para monitorear el rendimiento del negocio en tiempo real.

- **Visualización de Datos**:

- Diseñar gráficos, infografías y visualizaciones de datos efectivas utilizando herramientas como Tableau, Power BI, Excel, entre otras.
- Transformar datos complejos en representaciones visuales claras y fáciles de interpretar para audiencias no técnicas.

- **Storytelling con Datos**:

- Desarrollar narrativas que comuniquen de manera efectiva los hallazgos derivados de los datos, con un enfoque en contar historias que resuenen con diferentes audiencias.
- Presentar los resultados del análisis de manera creativa, utilizando datos para respaldar decisiones estratégicas e inspirar acción dentro de la organización.
- Traducir los resultados técnicos del análisis de datos en lenguaje comprensible para ejecutivos y otras partes interesadas.

- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias en análisis de datos, visualización y storytelling para proponer nuevas formas de presentar los datos y generar insights valiosos.
- Evaluar y mejorar los métodos de recopilación de datos y las herramientas de análisis para optimizar los procesos.

**Requisitos**:

- **Educación**: Título universitario como minimo.
- **Experiência**: Mínimo de 2-3 años de experiência como analista de datos o en un puesto similar. Experiência en storytelling o presentación de datos es altamente deseada.
- **Habilidades Técnicas**:

- Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.).
- Experiência con herramientas de visualización de datos (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Conocimiento en herramientas de visualización narrativa y presentación (Canva, Prezi, etc.).
- **Habilidades Blandas**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para simplificar conceptos complejos y presentarlos de manera atractiva y comprensible.
- Pensamiento crítico y enfoque analítico para resolver problemas.
- Creatividad en la forma de presentar la información y contar historias.
