**Dresden Partners** experts in web technology, UX / UI, mobile and software development, with specialized near-shore staffing, tech international and local tech sourcing services. We are looking for talent for the position**:Business Systems Analyst - Onsite GDL**
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of experience.
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into development stories.
- Facilitate and participate in design, white-boarding sessions to ensure prioritized business needs are met.
- Provide support for system production issues, change requests and maintenance.
- Maintain knowledge documentation.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings, including Daily Scrum, Backlog grooming and sprint retrospective meetings.** (JIRA)**:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for managing tickets/queues and assignment of work.
- Resource/capacity planning ensure we’re maximizing team throughput
- **Experience with IAM working with SailPoint, IdentityNow, Microsoft Technology Stack (Must)**:
- English advanced (mandatory).
