- Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Infinex, Master Data Analyst role involves._Infinex is an internal Flex Supplier driving strong revenue and margin performance that increases Flex profitability. This position is for a Data Analyst that captures Flex analytics (Intelligence) that we use to help improve the business overall. We are looking for strong people who work well in a team environment.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Create and review efficient procedures for all records, including invoice/purchase orders and relevant documentation._
- _ Perform general reporting and research activities for score carding of suppliers and keep system updated reflecting current acceptance._
- _ Enter, update and maintain information on various business systems and/or various departments (eg: Warehouse, Planning, Operations)_
- _ Maintain and update part number database with most up to date part details/master data collected internally and from suppliers._
- _ Prepare liability reports for excess and obsolete management, commodity risk positions, logistics performance and key focus areas for site or corporate requirements._
- _ Calculate cost savings & avoidance and provide reports and metrics._
- _ Pull reports from databases, dashboards, enterprise resource planning system or other relevant systems._
- _ Preparation of recommendation to management based on the research of data._

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ SQL language_ (Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata)_
- _ Stored Procedures_
- _ Visual Studio_ (SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)) (SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)_
- _ Windows Server _Task Scheduler Management_
- _ PowerShell (basic knowledge)_
- _ Batch Script (basic knowledge)_
- _ Network Shared Folder Configuration and Permissions_
- _ C#.NET development_
- _ Tableau_
- _ Desktop_
- _ Business Intelligence Analysis_
- _ MS Office_
- _ Advanced Excel_
- _ SharePoint._
